Al was born in Chicago Illinois and graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Communication/Film. His first exposure to professional filmmaking was on the TV movie "Johnny Ryan", while interning at RAH producer's center in Chicago Illinois ... and never looked back.Moved to Los Angeles and worked on various commercials, music videos, and film projects, Al acquired filmmaking experience from the ground up. Mentored by Emmy award winning cinematographer Richard C. Glouner, Al learned a craft that school couldn't have taught him. Al is a Director, Writer, and Actor. Al resides with his wife Marijo in Illinois.
