He started his career in the Entertainment business as an actor in the early 90's. After numerous appearances in film and television projects both in Canada and the US, Aldo made the decision to move from in front of the camera to behind the camera, and founded The Montreal Casting House in the late 90s. From casting his first commercial to being an Emmy nominated casting director. Aldo is credited with having cast major motion pictures and recognized to have worked alongside award winning producers, directors, and talents such as, George Clooney, Brian Singer, Martin Scorsese, Paul McGuigan, Ron Underwood, and John Maybury and with companies such as Miramax, The Weinstein Company, Paramount, Warner Bros, Universal and Atari. Today Aldo owns and operates 3A Sound, a company that specializes in voice production/localization in multiple languages for video games, animated series, e-leaning, etc.
