Andrew Gilchrist originally hails from Kansas City, MO, and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. His first movie role was in the 1993 ABC TV Movie of the Week "Dead Before Dawn" as Cheryl Ladd's young son. He finished his first short film, "Sea Pig," which he wrote, performed in, co-produced and co-directed, in January 2013. He has worked with such avant-garde lumaries as Marina Abramovic, Robert Wilson, Laurie Anderson, Willem Dafoe, Antony Hegarty, Christopher Knowles and the music duo MATMOS.
