Andy was born in Nottingham. He has done karate from an early age and got his black belt at the age of 11. He has represented his sport at three world championships in Las Vegas. He was always interested in acting as a child but it wasn't until doing some extra work that it really gave him the drive to become an actor, he is a member of the actors workshop (the adults version of the BAFTA award winning central television workshop. He has just finished doing three feature films this year and has some more promising roles in the pipeline.
