Screenwriter/Producer/Comedienne Angela Forrest, has been entertaining New York City crowds for over ten years through theater, film, multi-media spoken word, and comedy. Known for her wild headlining antics at the Starlight Lounge's Starlight Revue, she was one of Backstage Magazine's, "Top Ten Stand Out Stand-ups of 2004". Angela later produced Starlight's first hour comedy special, "Angela Forrest Live!", and started Forrest Entertainment LLC. With Forrest Entertainment LLC, Angela wrote and performed, "Profile of a Saint" at PS-NBC, later also co-produced its premiere at LaMaMa ETC, and was nominated for a NY Innovative Theater Award for "Outstanding Solo Performance".You might remember her from films: As an actress, she's worked with Spike Lee in "The Inside Man" and played Ruby in "She Hate Me".
