Ann Grossman, later known as Ann Rottman, and professionally as Anne Redfern, was born in the Bronx, NY, but lived for 64 years in Highland Park, NJ, where she raised two daughters with her husband, Ernest (Ernie) Rottman. She was active in amateur as well as professional theater. In addition to her one major movie role in Deadtime Stories, she had brief appearances in the films The Miracle Worker and Regarding Henry.
