Annie writes as well as acts. She is a graduate of Bard College. She is the author of Bargain Junkie: Living the Good Life on the Cheap, and has done humorous commentaries for NPR, The NY Times, LA Times, and many more. Annie is proud to be a Moth Mainstage storyteller. She co-wrote the feature film Nobody's Perfect (1990) starring Gail O'Grady and Chad Lowe. Annie was a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show (1986), having suggested the topic: "Ethnic Men Who Reject Their Own Women." Her solo extravaganzas "Yenta Unplugged" and "The Yenta Cometh" have been produced on three continents, and now Annie has created a storytelling entertainment called Tales From The Mouth: Comedies of Errors. Annie is married to Danish film producer Benni Korzen (Oscar-winning Babettes gæstebud (1987)).
