Born in New York City and raised in Italy, Antonella lives in Tucson, Arizona where she teaches at the University of Arizona and holds a PhD in Transcultural German Studies and Middle Eastern Studies. She has trained in the Stanislavsky system and Improvisation at the Bennett Theatre Lab Conservatory in Tucson, and has been acting in films and commercials for the last five years, appearing in some 20 features and shorts. In 2013, Antonella was nominated as one of the 10 Best Actresses in Southern Arizona, and was later elected President of the Independent Film Association of Arizona (IFA) for two consecutive terms. She has appeared in a number of commercials and feature movies including Ambiguity: Cronaca de un Sueño Americano, Lucky U Ranch and 600 Miles. She is also a recurrent player in the web series Ball and Chain. Antonella is well-known in the Arizona film and modeling communities.
