Ashley Comeau is an actor, writer, producer hailing from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Ashley is a Second City mainstage alumna who wrote and starred in three revues at The Second City Toronto. Her revues garnered her a Dora nomination and a Canadian Comedy Award nomination. She was named Best Female Improviser in Toronto from NOW Magazine's "Best Of Awards 2015".She has performed with the likes of Martin Short, Colin Mochrie and John Cleese. She performs all over North America and Europe with her comedy duo - The Lusty Mannequins, and in many stage musicals and improvised shows.She has taught classes and workshops for The Second City for over seven years, for Bad Dog Theatre in Toronto, and independently all over the world - even on the ocean.Production credits include: the 2016 Banff World Media Festival Awards Luncheon and Gala, the 2014 Youth Media Alliance Awards, YTV's The Zone and Food Network Canada's Chef In Your Ear. She also does production-esque work for the Toronto International Film Festival every year since 2014.Ashley can be seen on Degrassi: Next Class as Ms. Badger, the Science teacher.She writes, produces and acts now, used to be a tour guide, and almost became a funeral director. That pretty much sums her up.
