Born and raised in Sydney, Australia after his parents migrated from Amritsar, India in 1981. Bali has performed in theaters in London and Sydney, and taken to the screen in various productions in Sydney. Trained at various theatre companies, such as NIDA and Siren Theatre Company, and skills like the Chubbuck Technique, Bali is skilled in many fields, drawing on his background of martial arts, dance and performance.
