Bastian Zach was born in 1973 in Leoben/Austria. After graduating master class at the "Graphischen" in Vienna he worked for several advertising and media agencies. Since 2007 he is a director for editing and dubbing in Vienna/Austria. With Matthias Bauer he wrote the script for the horror movie "One Way Trip 3D" (2011) and the Viking movie "Northmen - A Viking Saga" (2014). Zach/Bauer are also novelists, their historical mystery thrillers "Morbus Dei: Die Ankunft" (2010), "Morbus Dei: Inferno" (2012) and "Morbus Dei: Im Zeichen des Aries" (2013) are well-received by critics and have become bestsellers.
