Becky is a private investigator, actor, and writer. Altringer founded Ariel Investigations in 1998, and she is best known for exposing the Motion Picture Association of America. Much of the film's press coverage was devoted to Dick and his use of Becky to unmask the identities of the ratings and appeals board members. Altringer worked with Kirby Dick again in the documentaries, Outrage, and The Invisible War. Altringer is the President of Digicon Media and NIC Entertainment. Digicon Media will produce original audiovisual work consisting of a computer-generated virtual actress adopting the persona of Marilyn Monroe and other actors. NIC Entertainment is a full service animation studio, a one-stop shop from creative development through pre-production and post.Altringer is writing a screenplay based on her grandfather's life, "Kid from Hell's Kitchen." She has already written one screenplay, she is working on a new animated TV project, she has written two children's stories, and she is writing a manuscript about being a female private investigator.
