Bella Noelle Winkowski was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 8, 2010. She began modeling as an infant and appeared in several commercials. In 2012 she started portraying a feisty pageant girl in the TLC series "Toddlers and Tiaras". Bella continues to act and model. When she is not in front of a camera, she enjoys being a precious 1st grader. Her passions include preforming, dance, tumble and jumping and showing her horse.
