Cam Johnson, a man with a dream and the will to make it happen, grew up in northern Alberta Canada, Johnson farmed, worked the oil field and made a good life for his wife and family but he still had a dream deep down inside. His dream, was to go Gold mining in northern Canada just like those before him who mined during the Klondike and in the summer of 2009, during a slow time in the oilfield, Johnson was given the chance to go mining. From there, the doors of opportunity kept opening until he found his crew and himself at TenMile Creek. TenMile is located 60 kms outside of Dawson City, Yukon, Canada along the Yukon River. His mine is only accessible by boat or plane which always makes for an adventure . Sometimes things do not turn out the way it was planned but that does not stop Cam from living out his dream. Because you never know how close you are and it just is not worth living with the regret.
