Carl Roddam is an English born South African film maker. Although his first love is acting he also greatly enjoys writing and directing. Through his time working as a director he has been developing his editing and special effects skills making which he hope will make him a better all-round film maker. His first major role was in the award winning 48 were he played the somewhat questionable Dr Krookshank. He followed that by playing the possessed serial killer Bobby in the trip out, a movie he wrote and directed along with Deon Van Der Merwe.
