Carla Stanley has played roles from ditsy comedic, to type-A corporate, to drug addicted mom and has the ability to submerge herself in various situations as an actress. She most recently had a recurring role in HBO's Vice Principals, and a part in the new TBS comedy, The Detour. Carla Stanley has been creating art since her Carolina childhood. She was singing and playing piano at age six, studied drama in college, and began acting in films/theater in early adulthood.When she is not acting, Carla enjoys creative pursuits such as painting and re-purposing old things. She can occasionally be found performing solo keyboard and vocals at various venues in the Carolinas.
