German actor from Berlin, Germany. Cem (pronounced Gem) is the son of Ismail Nevzat Tuncay and Nilgun Sarar. Works and lives in Los Angeles. Studied Method Acting at Lee Strasberg in West Hollywood and Improv at Groundlings. Brought up in a fully multilingual home, he speaks fluent English, German and Turkish with good working skills in Spanish and Russian.
