Biography
Charles Kay-Hune
Born, Charles Kuhne, July 2, 1929 in New York City, "Charlie" altered his surname for easier pronunciation. His strong character actor and comedic skills led to his appearance in numerous films, television shows, music videos, and industrial work. One highlight, for example, is his role as the wrestling referee in Schooly D.'s music video of 1988, "No More Rock & Roll". He studied acting technique with Dorothy Dorff at the HB Studio in New York City. He also studied improvisation, comedy, acting and voice with Lillyan Pape. Charlie is currently retired and lives with his son in Bethpage, Long Island, New York.
