Charls Carroll is an American Twitch streamer and internet personality. Carroll co-founded sketch comedy group "Million Dollar Extreme (MDE)". MDE created the Adult Swim show titled "Million Dollar Extreme Presents: World Peace" which was later cancelled after its first season. After the cancellation of World Peace, Charls started to produce short films and sketches under his "Charls Carroll" YouTube channel, as well as "Bombstrap" which he co-founded with Andrew Ruse. He has also started to stream on live-streaming website Twitch. Charls Carroll lives in Rhode Island with his longtime girlfriend Effina, an Instagram model of Persian origin.
