Chloe was born in San Clemente California. She began modeling at the age of 9. Soon after she began taking acting classes, she landed the part of Gloria in Fredrick Knott's "Wait Until Dark" in Newport Beach. She then made her television debut in the hit HBO Series "True Blood" playing Sheriff Andy's daughter. She can be seen as Jessica Darling in the feature film Jessica Darlings It List as well as Val on Disney's season 4 of Liv and Maddie Cali Style. She plays Willow Green on Antoine Fuqua's new original series ICE alongside Cam Gigandet, Ray Winstone, Jeremy Sisto and Donald Sutherland. Chloe has starred in National commercials for Chevy On Star and Hasbro. An accomplished dancer, Chloe has won 6 titles and many 1st place wins in Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet and Pointe work.
