Cristea Avram is a Romanian actor, born in Romania. He played in many of the Romanian movies of the '60. In that period (actually in 1963-64) a French team came to Romania to make a movie (I think it's "Steaua fara nume " - "Mona l'etoile sans nom"), and of course, they were using some of the Romanian crew available there. Marina Vlady fell for Cristea Avram, and succeeded to convince Romanian authority to let him visit France. He never returned to Romania, and I think that he is still living in France. The fact that he left Romania, doesn't mean that his new actor AKA name should be used as his real name.
