Christine is a Food Network trailblazer and has been teaching Canadians how to cook for fifteen years. A graduate of George Brown College and Ecole de Cuisine la Varenne, Christine has spent her life cooking. She has written three best cookbooks, has an artisan line of culinary products and is currently working on her new television adventure called " Confucius was a Foodie" .
