Working as a plain clothes detective for a local police department. A retired professional ice hockey official who now supervises on-ice officials in the NHL minor league system. Also worked at a boot camp school as a drill sergeant / math teacher for at-risk children. Second degree black belt in Shotokan karate. U.S. National Kumite Champion and AAU All-American in Karate. Bachelors degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix Baton Rouge.
