Clayton was raised in Foothill CA. Before entering film and TV full time he served in both the US Army and Air Force. He is now based in London UK where he resides with his wife and three children. As a method actor Clay immerses himself in every character regardless of how big or small, and as such he has been cast in many different roles, to include roles as both American and German soldiers. He has appeared several short films and on stage. He enjoys portraying grittier characters and uses his life experiences to bring his characters to life and giving them a realistic portrayal. Clay is also an accomplished song writer and singer and was the lead singer of the European band Original Pain.
