As a founding member of seminal Los Angeles groups Jurassic 5 and Ozomatli, CUT CHEMIST (Lucas McFadden) has been producing and releasing music for almost 20 years. He has also released a series of highly acclaimed mix CDs with DJ Shadow, including influential albums Brainfreeze and Product Placement. Upon his exit from Jurassic 5 in 2007, he released The Audience's Listening which showed that he could produce a wide range of musical styles. He has toured extensively for the last few years with a stunning audio-visual performance that brought a whole new dimension to his sound. CUT CHEMIST has also made cameo appearances in the films "Juno" and "Up In The Air."
