Actress Dahiana Torres was born in the Caribbean island of Dominican Republic. Compelled by the force to entertain, she began her journey writing for the school paper & working as host for the school's television station. However, it wasn't until she hung up her basketball jersey and became a theatre major in college, where her journey began. From college theatrical shows to repertory theatre, she transitioned into TV & Film. She began her internship, behind the scenes for the Rhode Island Public Broadcasting System (RIPBS), and in front of the camera for Rhode Island College Television. Her knowledge on and off the set, both theatrically and behind the scenes, have enabled her to make her own art. Torres is known for acting, directing, and producing Pain Love & Passion (2012).
