Dalit Berkowitz is a visceral and nuanced American actress. She was born in the northernmost coastal town of Nahariya, Israel, to an Argentinian mother and South African father. When Dalit was 6 months old, they moved to the United States, where she grew up on Long Island and in New York City. Dalit received her BFA in Acting from the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. She also has a graduate degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. On film and television, Dalit excels at playing diverse and compelling characters in varied genres.
