David Jay was born on January 29, 1988 in Wentworth, New Hampshire. He grew up in a small town in Connecticut and graduated from Plainfield High School in Plainfield, CT. In 2006, he attended Arizona State University and majored in both Business and Theatre. Upon graduating in 2010, David met Comedy Central's Eric Zeis and became a part of the comedian's traveling improv comedy troupe, "The Seven One Liners", based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. This opportunity truly revealed David's vast depth as an actor. After 7 months of lauded performances, David left Colorado to pursue acting in Los Angeles. He was immediately discovered, leading to his first nationally televised appearance on CBS's "Criminal Minds". In early 2013 David wrote and starred in a short film called "The Tide Falls", directed by Christiano Dias, which has opened several doors for him. Shortly following the success of this short film, David was casted in "King Eternal", another film directed by Dias. David currently lives in Hollywood.
