David Ramsey stars as former United States Army Special Forces soldier, John Diggle, on the CW's People's Choice Award winning show "Arrow," based on the DC Comics superhero.Created by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg, "Arrow" follows presumed-dead billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), who returns home to Starling City after five years stranded on a remote island in the Pacific, determined to clean up the city as a hooded vigilante armed with a bow.
