Besides his film work, David is also an award-winning stage actor, having appeared in over 100 AEA productions from Shakespeare, classical, to contemporary plays including over a dozen World & American Premieres. He has performed in some of the nation's finest theaters from New York to Los Angeles, including South Coast Repertory Theatre, The Laguna Playhouse, The Alley Theatre, The Huntington Theatre, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Syracuse Stage, The Folger Theatre, The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, The Arden Theatre, The McCarter, Everyman Theatre, People's Light & Theatre, The Roundhouse, The Pittsburgh Public Theater, The Bienalle Festival in Venice, Italy, and PICT Classic Theatre where he is a company member.
