Deanna Lynn Walsh became acquainted with acting in her youth when she auditioned for a local stage production of a popular play. She was offered the role, and even though she did not accept the part then, an acting seed was planted. During high school, she was successful in Speech and Drama and realized she truly enjoyed acting. However, it wasn't until years later that she took a commercial acting workshop with Dru Scott in San Diego and acquired her first agent upon completion there. Since then she has continued her training with many respected instructors including Australian film maker Michael Bond. Over the years Deanna has gained numerous credits and experiences from very low budget indie shorts and features to major Hollywood productions. Recently, she has been cast in films directed by Shia LaBeouf, Victor Salva, Jake Goldberger and has worked in films with Billy Bob Thornton, Scarlett Johansson, Cuba Gooding, Jr., as well as other notable people. Deanna plays strong and sensitive characters, while committing to each role with passion, a creative sense of play and respect for project and fellow performers alike.
