A lover of all things art, Emma Graves is a Louisiana actress known for her roles in Lowest Bidders (2017), Hush (2016), In The Hell of Dixie (2016), Pitch Perfect (2012), & Zombie Hamlet (2012).Emma was born in Snellville, Georgia in 1992 and moved with her family to Louisiana when she was two years old. Home schooled along with her older sister Meagen, she grew up on a small farm near the city of Zachary and was raised knowing the importance of family.Her parents knew from a young age she was a performer, like her mother, so parents Elizabeth & Kipper Graves enrolled her in local theatre classes at the age of four- where her love of theatre began.Throughout her life she experienced a plethora of tragedies and found herself clinically depressed at a very young age. Her high school theatre teacher, Mrs. Masterson, showed her she could use her pain and transform it into beautiful art to make herself, and those around her, happy. Theatre was her first true passion, as it nurtured her soul and saved her from everything around her. She dove into the world of film at 17 when her agent found and signed her. She studied film in depth under her coach, Debby Gaudet, and discovered the beauty that is film acting. By the time she graduated high school, Emma was voted "Most Talented" by her senior class, a honorary member of the National Thespian Society, and was classically trained to sing any genre of music.She went on to gain a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre as well as degrees in Music & Psychology from Louisiana College where she also studied directly under her agent.Her hobbies include traveling with her fiance Daniel, spending time with family, sleeping as long as humanly possible (until she absolutely has to pee), Netflix marathons, skydiving, making people laugh, singing, teaching acting and voice lessons, and writing original monologues.
