Consensus four-star prospect, one of the top-100 national prospects and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Offensive Player of the Year as a senior out of John Burroughs High School in St. Louis, Mo. Rushed for 2,155 yards with 40 touchdowns and totaled 3,061 all-purpose yards and 50 touchdowns for the 13-1 Class 3 state runner-up as a senior. Won four state championships in a 2.5-hour span as part of the Burroughs track & field team, winning the 100-meter dash, 200, 110 high hurdles and the 300 hurdles. Majored in marketing at OSU.
