Being surrounded by a family in the film industry, Freyja's passion for acting started at an early age. She graduated from Actors College of Theatre and Television with a Diploma of Arts, Stage, & Screen Acting. Freyja has extended experience both on stage and screen. Since 2013 she has appeared in numerous independent short films, and video clips, and is passionate about contributing to the local and emerging film community.Notable credits include 'Clarity' (2015) directed by Chris Sebastian Joys, which was screened at the 51st annual BFI's in London presented by Helen Mirren for Giorgio Armani. She has also appeared in the December 2015 issue of Harpers Baazar, and has had starring and supporting roles in several short films which have won awards and toured at international film festivals. She made her TV debut in the guest role of Justine Harris in Channel Nine's 'Bite Club' which will air mid 2018.She is fluent in Spanish and has performed extensively across Latin America with a variety of musicians and bands as a vocalist and playing the Andean string instrument - Charango.
