Harper Kennedy Cullen, known professionally as Harper Cullen, was born in Los Angeles, California, to Brett Cullen and Michelle Little, both actors.Harper graduated high school in Los Angeles, California, in 2013 and attended her father's alma mater, the University of Texas at Houston, for one year before deciding to pursue her acting career fully. Harper moved to New York, New York and joined the Terry Schreiber Studio drama school in 2014.
