Hasan J. Oracius is an award-winning, Haitian-American screenwriter and filmmaker. A native of Maplewood, New Jersey and raised in Orlando, Hasan received his degree in biology from Jacksonville University and spent 5 years in the medical field before discovering his true passion - screenwriting. Hasan's work explores social realism and injustices, striving toward giving an authentic voice to those who often go unheard. Partnering with the Tenafly Film Company, Hasan has made several short films and received numerous accolades for his work.
