She won the Alan Bates award for most outstanding newcomer which was presented to her by Juliet Stevenson. In 2010 she was nominated for Best Actress in the Off West End awards for Madam Bovary in Breakfast With Emma.Helen trained at the Drama Centre.Helen's theatre work includes roles such as: Lady Macbeth, Ellie in Heartbreak House and Thomasina in Arcadia. In 2009 Helen was chosen to perform in the 24 Hour Plays at The Old Vic. 2011 saw her as Nicola Patchet in The Consultant, opposite James Wilby. Later that year she played Clara Eynsford-Hill in Pygmalion with Dame Diana Rigg and Rupert Everett, at the Garrick Theatre in London's West End.
