Holly-Jean Williamson was born in Tipperary, Ireland, to an Irish mother, Anne Williamson (née O'Brien) and Glaswegian father, Pat Williamson, both of whom are amateur actors. When Holly was 3 she started acting, dance and singing lessons. Holly also has a keen interest in animals especially horses and dogs with whom she works closely with her mothers rescue to help rehabilitate and rehome many animals.Holly made her first Stage appearance with a small role in Oliver the musical and continued to move up the ranks to leading lady in Ireland. Her first film appearance was in the 2019 movie, Bohemian Rhapsody as a featured extra in the live aid scenes. Holly continues to branch into TV/Film and has even taken positions behind the scenes with costumes, assistant directing, continuity, cinematography and co directing.
