Ian Teal lives in Red River Gorge with his wife Sandy Teal. Together they own Red River Gorge Cabin Rentals and Thrillsville Adventure Park. Ian was fortunate to be asked to act in Surviving the Wild in a scene with Vail Bloom and Jamie Kennedy. Ian is better known as a location manager for the Red River Gorge Area. Red River Gorge Cabin Rentals provided all the lodging for the cast and crew of Surviving the Wild and other productions over the years in the Red River Gorge Area.The majority of the filming in Red River Gorge for Surviving the Wild was filmed on private property owned by Ian and Sandy Teal including "the cave scenes" which were filmed at The Gorge Underground.Ian and Sandy both were featured in a Animal Planet show called The Cliffside Pool on The Pool Master in the inaugural show. The amazing pool featured a zip line and diving rock.Another Animal Planet show (Call of the Wildman) with Ian and Sandy featured "The Turtle Man" catching a beaver in one of the Red River Gorge Yurts.
