Born in 1980, Mr. Onal attended Tarsus American College between 1991-1998. He graduated from Istanbul University in 2002 as an environmental engineer. In 2004 he got his master's degree on Management & Organisation. He worked in insurance and textile industries between 2005-2014. While he worked as a white collar, he started to do theatre.In 2015 he quit his day job to focus only on acting. Until then he participated in many TV ads and theatre plays. His first film experience was in 2015 in Baskin by Can Evrenol, as a cult member. In 2016, he played Suleyman Aga in TV series Magnificent Century: Kösem. In 2018, he played the role of an expert in the film Borç (Debt) by Vuslat Saraçoglu, which won best film in the national competition at 37th Istanbul Film Festival. He also had his first lead role in 2019 in the film The Antenna (Bina) by Orçun Behram, which won 4 awards at 39th Istanbul Film Festival.
