Ioana Ilinca Neacsu is a Romanian film and theater actress. She was born on February 15, 1998 in Calarasi, Romania. She graduated from National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 2018. In 2017, she plays first role in the movie "Fragmente de scurta durata cu surori".
