Jake Eavey is a New York based stunt performer. He was born on April 1, 1986 in Frederick, Maryland. He studied Music Theatre at Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA. His early career consisted of performing in live stunt shows at both domestic and international theme parks, taking him across the US and into China. He has also written and coordinated live shows for RWS and Associates Entertainment Inc. An active member of the Screen Actors Guild since 2011, he has since appeared in a number of Emmy award-winning prime-time and network television shows as both a stunt performer and a stunt double. His doubling resume includes a variety of notable performers such as Christian Slater, Ben Stiller, Ricky Gervais, Burn Gorman, and Elden Henson. His stunt specialties include fire burns, high falls, stunt driving and horsemanship. He owes a lot to Vernon Lewis who first told him to audition for Six Flags America and helped him train during his 2007 season. Thanks to such professionals as Vernon Lewis, Hunter Brown, Scott Leva, Bill Leaman, Joe Torrey, Bryant Burnett, Michael Long, Shelby Swatek, Matthew R. Staley, John Zimmerman, and of course his good friend Rich Thompson, Jake hopes to have a long, safe, and successful career.
