Jacquelin Denise Reardon was born in Windsor, Nova Scotia and called Jake. Jake was raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Ancaster, and Hamilton, Ontario. Beginning with Mrs. Betty Carey Love's ballet classes at the Ancaster Old Town Hall, she has loved the arts throughout her life with dance, modeling, sports, film and television.
