James MacDonald was born on May 19, 1906 in Monks Coppenhall, Crewe, Cheshire, England as John James MacDonald. He is known for his work on Cinderella (1950), Alice in Wonderland (1951) and The Rescuers (1977). He was married to Sarah Roberta Cullen. He died on February 1, 1991 in Glendale, California, USA.
