Jeff Kraus is a chef and restaurateur residing in Tempe, Arizona. Jeff competed on the Food Network cooking show Chopped, and the first season of Vegas Chef Prizefight, where he ended as the runner up in the finale with the winner and head chef Lamar Moore Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas. Jeff founded and owns Truckin' Good Food and Crêpe Bar. Jeff's efforts in building his community led to the Mayor of Tempe declaring August 9th, Chef Jeff Kraus day.
