Attended LaSalle University, received a BA in Communications. He then worked as a radio broadcaster at WFIL. He took his first acting class at Lasalle, then continued studies at Freedom theatre. Jeffrey then went to seek his fortune, he lived in London for a period until he gained employment as an Actor in Germany, with C.C.Q.Theatre. He returned to The United States and was soon cast in Malcolm X. Jeffrey was discovered by Jonathan Demme' while performing at Plays and Players childrens theatre. He was then given his biggest break, and cast as Tyrone in the movie _Philadelphia_. Soon after he was seen again as Oliver Muson in the TV series, "Unsolved Mysteries". In 1994 Jeffrey lived in Japan, and researched Kabuki and Noh theatre while performing with Mikan Ichiza.
