Jenna Newton was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in May 1993. Her parents were supporters of the arts, and exposed her to music, theatre and dance from an early age. As a child Jenna would dress in a gold dress made by her mother, and sing whatever happened to be in her head or heart.To foster her musical abilities, Jenna's parents enrolled her in the George Hahle Academy of Music. Margret George Hahle taught Jenna voice during her high school years. Later, Jenna participated in musical theatre productions and choir while attending the University of British Columbia.After graduating UBC in September 2015 with a BA in Theatre, Jenna pursued her acting career by accepting both dramatic musical roles. In 2017 she moved to Toronto, and is currently working in the theatre and film industry.Aside from acting, singing and playing her guitar Jeremiah, Jenna enjoys skiing, snowboarding, canoeing, kayaking, sewing, painting and knitting.
