American actress Jessica Shannon was born Jessica Simone Hammond, in Morgantown, West Virginia. Her mother, JoAnn, is a retired nurse and her father, John, was a career counselor. Jessica got her start recurring as CeeCee on ABC Family's (now Freeform's) award winning sitcom, Baby Daddy (2012). She resides in Los Angeles, California. (2017)
