Jim was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on the 24th of September, 1963. After high school, he worked as a police officer, EMT and firefighter? Retiring from the emergency services in 2014. Strangely, Jim's acting career began after meeting an assistant director of a network show at a funeral at which he was performing as the Drum Major for a pipe and drum band. Jim's initial appearances was as a background actor in such shows as Chicago Fire, Betrayal and Mind Games. He then began working on short films as well as feature films. Jim currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin.
