John Hazelwood
John was born in Tennessee and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. He married his high school sweetheart Ceil and had 3 children with her during their 10 year marriage. Soon after their divorce John married Karen and had 4 children with her.John lost his battle with his weight and cardio pulminary obstructive disorder on August 12, 1996 and will be dearly missed.
